Recordare White is a dry Moscatel that expresses the pure Mediterranean character of the Marina Alta. Fresh, aromatic and vibrant, it is a wine designed to be enjoyed and shared.

Vineyard & Winemaking

The grapes are hand-harvested in small 8 kg boxes, with careful selection in the vineyard to ensure optimal ripeness. The vineyards are spread across different plots with varying orientations and soils — from sandy soils to parcels rich in clay and stone — adding complexity and depth to the wine.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts at low controlled temperatures (13–16°C), preserving freshness and aromatic intensity. The wine is clarified using vegetable proteins only, making it suitable for a vegan lifestyle.
